Over time, the company moved into aviation branding and, recognizing the urgent and growing need for professional brand development within the aviation sector, became the first firm of its kind to focus specifically on branding and marketing for general aviation airports, airport businesses, and related aviation companies and organizations. IdeaStudio is led by Lori Walderich, a lifelong aviation enthusiast and a commercial and tailwheel-rated pilot whose passion for flight informs every aspect of the firm’s work. Lori has owned and operated IdeaStudio since 1998, bringing together real-world aviation experience with decades of branding and marketing expertise. She has recently authored the first book dedicated to branding for general aviation airports, “From Idle to Iconic – Ideas to Help Small Airports Thrive,” further establishing her as a thought leader in airport marketing, small business branding, and aviation industry communications. Her unique perspective allows IdeaStudio to understand both the operational realities and promotional opportunities that airports face.
